Emerald Investment Management (“Emerald” or the “Company” collectively with its principals, officers and affiliates) is an investment management & asset management company currently focused on alternative assets classes in the USA including but not limited to real estate, senior living, infrastructure, and private equity & debt.

Emerald seeks to invest in undervalued assets and to utilize our expertise and scale to bring added value & management expertise to our projects as we seek to achieve attractive risk adjusted returns. We are generally (but not always) opportunistic or value-add in profile, active in our partnerships with hands on management, and we have a long term mindset.
